Do you have anxiety when you wake up in the morning and can't overlook how to get through the day?

You may have a hard time with open spaces, ride by bus or, maybe it's alone with being with many people who give you heart palpitations, sweaty palms and desire to crawl into a mouse hole?

With Anxiety Pilot you can get help and support to deal with your anxiety - 24 hours a day.

This is stand-alone version of anxiety pilot for Android. It only stores your logs on the phone itself and does not work with your account on the website, just as you cannot share your logbook with eg. Your psychologist, therapist or other professional.

The application includes, among other things, an "autopilot" consisting of a number of guided meditations and breathing exercises where a soothing voice takes you by the hand and guides you through.

In addition, you have access to a logbook, a kind of diary that gives you an overview of your anxiety attacks as well as a number of proven exercises that are based on mindfulness, guided meditation and ACT (Accepttence and Commitment Therapy). In addition, there are a number of good tips on how to handle your anxiety in everyday life.

You also have access to a feature that can send an SMS with your position and message that you have an anxiety attack for a mobile number you have chosen - eg. your partner or parent.

What's New In The Latest Version 1.2.2

Last Updated on Aug 5, 2015 This is the first version of anxiety pilot for Android and contains only the core functions of the application and written information about anxiety, exercises, etc.
It does not contain the audio files for the autopilot, the guided exercises and the meditations. The audio files will only be available for download in the application when we launch the next update and will be posted as they are ready.
