Purchase the console game, available for PS4, and then download the mobile app, where you will be able to draw your own DrawFighters, or if you have a Fighting Book, you can draw them on paper and capture them with your device camera!

The mobile app lets you draw on your iPad, tweak the characters you have created, and even animate them!

Once you sync with the console game, you will be able to see your creation within the game in all its glory.
